Wednesday 1st July 2009 at the Wharf Restaurant. For those delegates who have booked for the dinner, please wear your conference badge as this will show your reservation.

Car Parking on Campus

Free parking permits are available on request for parking on Brunel campus.

Parking permits must be ordered in advance as euspen will not be able to obtain them during the conference. All parking permit requests must be received by Thursday 25th June by completing the car parking request form online. Your permit should be collected from the main reception and security office of the Wilfred Brown building upon arrival. Order your parking permit here >>>>>

Access to parking on the University Campus and the local area is very restricted. Clamping is in operation and any vehicle failing to display a valid vehicle permit while parked on site, or failing to display a valid parking ticket while parked in the pay and display area, will be clamped.
