guidance for presenters 2009
Meeting venue: Newton Room, Hamilton Building, Brunel University
Meeting Structure: Lamdamap 2009 will consist of 8 oral and 8 poster sessions.
Presentation Timings:
Conference Keynotes: These will be 30mins in duration (25mins + 5mins questions)
Oral Sessions 1 -8: Oral presentations will be 20mins in duration (15mins + 5mins questions).
Presentation Submission:
Presentations should be handed in at the euspen desk at the meeting venue on Tues 30th June during the welcome coffee 9.00-9.30am .
Alternatively presentations may be handed in during conference opening hours, however presentations should be submitted at the latest 24 hours before the assigned presentation time.
Authors taking part in the oral sessions must provide their talks in PowerPoint format only!
Poster Presentations:
Poster sessions will take place in the vicinity of the plenary room and exhibition areas within the meeting venue. A map of specific posterboard areas will be available at the registration desk. Presenters will be able to affix their posters to the boards on the morning of Tuesday 30th June to maximise the display time for their work.

Poster Sessions 1-4 Tues 30th June 2009 15.40-16.20
Poster Sessions 5-8 Wed 1st July 2009 12.30-13.10
Poster Size:
Maximum poster size should be A0: 85cm(width) x 1.2m(height)
